Mountain Home Services is currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our Service Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes. The role will serve as a mentor to HVAC Installers.      

Mountain Home Services is looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented person to join our growing home services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently shift between focused tasks and engaging phone conversations with potential clients.   The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or lead coordination, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative responsibilities, including permit coordination as they arise.
