Overview

Mountain Home Services is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator for our generator team to oversee all outbound and inbound communications, efficiently schedule and route our generator technicians, and serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers—especially those enrolled in our maintenance plans.

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+year customer service experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Successfully handle high volume inbound customer service calls
  • Making/handling high volume of outbound calls
  • Respond to e-mail inquiries
  • Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians
  • Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
  • Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicable
  • Optimize daily technician routes for generator maintenance, diagnostics, and repair calls.
  • Ensure jobs are scheduled accurately, with clear descriptions and expectations for technicians.
  • Prioritize maintenance plan customers and emergency service calls.
